Mission
To operationally support the restaurant while also owning a specific area of the Winning Hearts Every Day strategy. This leader also promotes & protects the Chick-fil- A standards.
Minimum Requirements
Maintain minimum of 25+ hours, 3 days/week
Must work 3 Open or Close shifts per week
Consistent demonstration of our values; Able to coach Pathway specific expectations

Supervisor
Mission
To execute our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy while leveraging Team Leader support. Responsible for shift management and achieving set goals by Directors.
Minimum Requirements
Maintain full time of 30+ hours, and 4 days/week
Must work minimum of 4 Open or Close shifts per wk
